Your Rights as a Consumer

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason (Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or an email). Please send your statement to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

3. Special Provisions for Digital Content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the business has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

a) given express consent for performance to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and

b) acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

In this case, you no longer have the statutory right of withdrawal. We nevertheless invite you to review our commercial guarantee below.

4. 14-Day “Satisfaction or Your Money Back” Commercial Guarantee

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a commercial satisfaction guarantee: if our guide does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — simply and with no explanation needed.

This commercial guarantee is independent of your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way. Simply write to us at [email protected].

6. Refund Procedure

To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Withdrawal” or “Refund”.
  2. Include your full name and the date of purchase so we can locate your order.
  3. You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal within 3 business days.
  4. The refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
